3/4 c. warm mashed potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. BLAIR butter flavoring
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
3/4 lb. shredded coconut

Cream together potato, butter, salt and flavorings. Stir in confectioners' sugar and coconut. Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper. Cool until set. Yield: 3 dozen kisses.
