HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
4-6 chicken breasts, deboned and skinless
1/8 c. flour
1 onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 lemon
Juice from sm. can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake covered for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Then remove cover and bake uncovered 1 hour at 300 degrees. Very tender and spicy.
