SHRIMP SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
1 (6 oz.) shrimp (sm.)
1 c. pineapple, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. sweet pickle, diced
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cook macaroni in salted water, when boiling for 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain, then add cold water and drain again. Mix lemon juice, mustard, mayonnaise, and a dash of pepper together. Add macaroni, then mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper mix. Mix. Then add the rest of the ingredients, but put the small shrimp in last. Cool until ready to serve.
