SCANDINAVIAN SALAD 
1 can LeSueur peas or any salad green pea
1 can French style green beans
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. green peppers
Pimentos
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar

Drain vegetables; mix. Combine vinegar, oil and sugar; pour over vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 12 hours; serve cold.
