DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 chocolate cake mix (sour cream, fudge & devil's food are best)
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
2 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Beat egg, brown sugar, water, butter and half of cake mix until smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix, chips, oatmeal and nuts. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Can frost with either chocolate or vanilla frosting. Moist and chewy like brownies.
