DUNCAN HINES MUFFINS | |
4 c. oats 1 c. raisins 2 c. brown sugar 3 eggs 1 qt. buttermilk Mix well. 1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. baking soda Stir lightly. Last add 1/4 cup melted shortening. Stir and store in covered bowl in refrigerator better after 24 hours storage. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes in a well greased or "Pammed" miniature pans. May be stored 2-3 weeks. |
