RAINY DAY PRALINES 
1 (4 oz.) size butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. nuts, broken

Mix all ingredients (except nuts) in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until medium ball form in cold water. Remove from heat; cool slightly and add nuts. Drop from tablespoon onto wax paper or aluminum foil. When firm, hide in airtight container. Don't try to double recipe, hardly anyone can drop pralines that quickly!
