3 hard boiled eggs, sliced 3 c. cream sauce 1 (5 oz.) can shrimp 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms 1 c. bread crumbs 1/4 lb. melted butter 1/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese 1 (5 oz.) can tuna 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat Pepper to taste Tabasco sauce to taste Worcestershire sauce to taste Butter an 8 inch baking dish and layer the eggs, shrimp, tuna, mushrooms, and crab meat. Pour part of cream sauce over each layer. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with crumbs mixed with butter. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
