4 hard boiled eggs 1 egg, beaten 1 lb. sausage meat Fine bread crumbs Peel eggs. Dip in beaten egg then cover with thick layer of sausage meat. Dip in egg again then bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat for 10 minutes. Drain on paper toweling. |
