WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 3 1/8 c. flour (can be all whole wheat or partially white) 2 1/2 tbsp. oil 1 1/4 c. warm water 2 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 8 oz. can tomato sauce 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 tsp. oregano Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add flour, oil, water, salt and sugar and knead well. (Can be kneaded with heavy duty mixer.) Divide dough into two pieces. Roll out each piece to size of pizza pan. Divide 8 ounce can of tomato sauce between the two pizzas. Sprinkle pizzas with Mozzarella cheese and oregano. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes. |
