MAMA RONA'S MANICOTTI 
14 uncooked manicotti shells
3-4 c. home made spaghetti sauce or 1 lg. jar store bought sauce
1 qt. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
10 oz. provolone cheese slices
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped
1 dash nutmeg
1 egg, beaten

In medium bowl mix Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, chopped parsley and nutmeg and beaten egg. Mix well and put mixture in ziplock bag, cut tip. Hold hand under one end of dry manicotti and squeeze mixture in shell, in large baking dish. Add some sauce and space stuffed shells in rows. Space them about 1 1/2" apart (they will grow). Pour enough sauce over shells to cover. Spread Provolone slices on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Take off foil and bake for 15 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes.
