EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 c. creamy milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
6 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Bring milk and butter to a simmer before adding to well beaten eggs and sugar. Pour into 9" deep pastry crust. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees until semi firm.
