RICE PUDDING 
1 c. long grain rice
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1 qt. plus 1/2 c. milk
1 c. plus 1/4 c. water
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon (optional)

Cook rice, milks, and water about 1/2 hour. Watch it and stir often. Add beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla; sprinkle with cinnamon.
