MANDARIN SNOWFLAKE DELIGHT 
1 white cake mix
3 egg whites
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges

Combine and mix well. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until done.

FROSTING:

1 bowl whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 of coconut. Mix well and frost cake. Sprinkle remaining coconut on top of cake.
