POTATOES AU GRATIN | |
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns 1/2 c. melted butter (butter) 1 pt. sour cream (2 c.) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. diced sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. diced onions 2 tbsp. melted butter (butter) 2 c. cornflakes, crushed Melt 1/2 cup butter (butter). Pour over thawed hash browns. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over potatoes. Cover with 2 tablespoons of melted butter (butter) mixed with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9 x 15 inch baking dish. |
