QUICK PEANUT FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar chunk style peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk in electric skillet set at 280 degrees. Bring mixture to boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off skillet.

Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until both are melted and blended. Pour into square 8" pan. Cool. Cut in squares. Makes about 2 pounds.
