APPLE CRISP 
1 c. instant Quaker rolled oats
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
8-10 lg. tart apples, peeled and slice

Combine oats, flour, sugars and butter. Blend together until crumbly. Place the apple slices in a 9x13 pan. Top with oat mixture. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Serves 10.
