REUBEN CHIP CASSEROLE 
6 c. crushed potato chips
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
8 oz. corned beef
2/3 c. hot water
2 tbsp. Russian dressing
1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese

Combine the chips, water, eggs, dressing and caraway seed. Spread one third of mixture on the bottom of a 12"x8" pan. Top with half the sauerkraut, half the corned beef and half the cheese. Repeat. Top with the last third of the chip mixture. Bake, uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Garnish with green or black olives. Serves 6 to 8.
