SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 lb. chicken nuggets, cooked
1 diced pepper
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. ketchup
1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

After nuggets are cooked, in skillet combine all other ingredients except cornstarch. Bring to boil. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to skillet to thicken. Fold in nuggets; serve over rice.
