BARBECUE MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
4 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. catsup

Combine and shape into 1" balls. Brown in oil and drain.

SAUCE:

1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) can chili sauce or catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Makes 60 walnut size meatballs.
