ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
10 flour tortillas, buttered on both sides
2-3 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) can olives, drained and sliced
1 c. water

Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Stir in seasonings and tomato sauce. Layer sauce, cheese, olives, and tortillas in a deep round casserole dish, repeating until all the tortillas are used and ending with sauce and cheese. Pour water down sides of casserole. Cover. Bake 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
