GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
approx. 4 lb. potatoes, cooked
4 strips bacon
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 sm. onion, diced
Salt and pepper

Cook potatoes, peel and cut up. Cut bacon into bits and fry. Take bacon from fat. Add flour to fat, sugar, vinegar, mustard and water. Cook until thick. Add potatoes, onion, bacon bits, salt and pepper. Keep warm until serving.
