1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients 1 minute with a mixer or 30 seconds in a blender. Pour into a buttered pie plate and bake in 350 degree oven until knife comes out clean and top is yellow brown, about 45 minutes.
