FLORIDA STYLE LEMON SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lbs. raw, peeled, deveined shrimp, fresh or frozen
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. (10 oz.) snow peas, thawed
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
3 c. hot cooked pasta

Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Cut shrimp in half. In a large pan, cook garlic in butter until tender. Add shrimp, snow peas, mushrooms and onions, stirring 5 to 6 minutes. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper, toss mixture and transfer to a heated dish. Serve with pasta. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
