SAUSAGE BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. bulk sausage (Bob Evans or equivalent)
6 slices bread
12 eggs
4 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (or equivalent)

Trim crusts from bread and fit into bottom of 9 x 12 inch flat baking pan. Brown sausage in skillet. Break into small pieces and drain off fat. Spoon over bread. Combine 12 beaten eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour all over sausage and bread. Sprinkle cheese over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. "Egg Beaters" may be substituted if available.
