1 lg. can yams, drained & mashed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine ingredients and put in a greased baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows during the last few minutes of baking. Makes 6 servings.
