CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can cream style corn
2 c. frozen corn
1 stick melted butter
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 eggs

Add the corn last as you mix the above ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45- 50 minutes uncovered in a 2 1/2 quart shallow casserole dish. Serves 6-8.
