ANDREA'S BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 green pepper
16 oz. (2 small cans) tomato sauce
16 oz. (1 can) tomatoes, stewed
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. macaroni
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. (1 pkg.) cream cheese
1 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

In a skillet, brown ground beef until crumbly. Sauté onion and pepper then add to ground beef. Add tomato sauce and tomatoes to ground beef mixture. Season with garlic salt and simmer. Pour hamburger mixture into a buttered 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Add sour cream and cream cheese to macaroni while still hot. Spread macaroni mixture on top of hamburger mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
