FLUFFY RICE AND CHICKEN 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. water
1 can sliced mushrooms
6-8 chicken pieces
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can fried onions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of covered casserole. Rinse rice and place in bottom of dish. Place chicken on top of rice. Pour mushroom soup on top of chicken followed with onion soup mix then cup of water. Cover and bake 1 hour, uncover and place fried onions over casserole and 15 minutes longer.
