NACHO POPCORN 
5 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
11 c. popped popcorn
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In a saucepan melt the butter. Stir the paprika, red pepper and cumin into the butter. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Place popcorn in a large bowl. Pour spice mixture on top; sprinkle with cheese. Toss until popcorn is coated.
