SHANZ SPICY PORK BULGOGI 
1 lb. loin pork chops, cut into strips
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil

MARINADE:

3 cloves garlic
3 or 4 green onions
1/2 to 1 tbsp. crushed red chilies
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar

Cut pork into bite sized strips. Finely chop garlic and green onions.

Put chilies, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sugar and pork in bowl and let marinate for a MINIMUM OF ONE HOUR!

Preheat frying pan or wok to medium-high heat. Add olive oil and stir-fry meat mixture until most of the soy sauce reduces. Take mixture off heat and stir in sesame oil.

Best served with Basmati rice and a leafy green vegetable. ENJOY!
