SPINACH DIP | |
1 c. sour cream 1 can water chestnuts (chopped) 1 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped spinach, cook and drain very well 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Knorr Leek soup mix Mix all ingredients together the night before serving and chill. Serve with cubed French bread. If a round loaf of bread (sour dough is best) is available, scoop out to make a bowl and use to serve the spinach dip with excess bread cut into cubes. |
