1 pkg. flour tortilla shells 1/2 c. sliced jalapeno pepper 2 lbs. ground chuck 1 lg. bell pepper, diced 3 shakes McCormick crushed red peppers 1 can sliced black olives 3 pkgs. McCormick brown gravy mix 12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. shortening Cook ground chuck and bell peppers with red crushed peppers until done, then drain. Place meat mixture, cheese and olives in flour tortillas and roll. Get shortening hot and brown on both sides. Place burrito on plate, sprinkle with cheese and black olives and top with prepared brown gravy and jalapeno peppers if desired. |
