STEAMED CABBAGE 
Sm. cabbage
1 onion (med.)
Celery to taste
1 green pepper
Oil (about 2 tbsp.)
1 fresh tomato

Cut cabbage into small pieces, wash and set aside. In a skillet, cut celery and saute over medium heat until slightly cooked; add washed cabbage, onion and green pepper, chopped. Cook until crispy tender. Add chopped tomato. Cook to desired doneness.
