JALAPENO PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. ground green peppers
1/4 c. ground jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo

Mix all but Certo, bring to rolling boil. Boil 1 minute. Let cool a few minutes. Add a few drops green food coloring and Certo. Mix well. Pour into glasses and seal.
