BAKED SQUASH 
1 lb. squash
3/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
2 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. melted butter
Sm. minced onion

Boil squash in water until done. Drain and mash thoroughly. Add seasonings, flour, milk and beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly and add baking powder. Mix well and pour into well buttered baking dish. Spread butter over top and bake in 350 degree oven until browned. Cheese may be sprinkled over top.
