DINNER ROLLS | |
1 egg, plus enough water to equal 1 1/3 cups 1 tsp. lemon juice 4 cups bread flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp. active dry yeast Place ingredients in bread pan in order listed. Use dough setting; press start. When setting is complete, remove dough from bread pan. Place on lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 24 pieces. Shape into balls. Place on greased baking sheet (s) about 1/2-inch apart. Let stand, covered, in a warm draft-free place 30 minutes or until doubled in size. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 24 rolls. |
