CRISPY GRANOLA BARS 
2 c. granola type cereal
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 tbsp. water

Preheat oven to 325 to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat 9 x 12 inch baking pan with oil. Melt butter with oil in a large pan. Add remaining ingredients. Mixture will be crumbly. Press into baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares. Chocolate chips may be substituted for raisins.
