REVOLTILLOS 
1 c. rice
2 c. bouillon
1/4 c. salad oil
3 green peppers, chopped
3 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 lbs. chopped beef
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. ripe olives, pitted
1 bay leaf

Steam rice in bouillon. Heat oil in heavy frying pan and add peppers, onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Add chopped beef and cook and stir until brown. Add raisins, olives, and bay leaf. Cover and cook slowly 1/2 hour. Pick out bay leaf. Stir in rice. Season to taste. Serves 6.
