CHOCOLATE OATMEAL PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES
 
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. milk
Dash of salt
3 tsp. cocoa
3 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large saucepan combine sugar, butter, milk, salt and cocoa. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in oats, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well and drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper while still warm. Cool. Yield: 2-3 dozen.
