SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. Cheez Whiz
1 lb. bulk sausage, hot
1 onion
2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle Cup-A-Soup
5 c. water
1 c. rice

Bring water to boil. Add rice and boil 10 minutes, next add 2 envelopes soup and boil 10 more minutes.

In a skillet, brown sausage and onion and drain off grease, then add to water, rice and soup mixture, stir until blended and add Cheez Whiz. Stir until melted, put in casserole and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
