1 lg. can Mandarin oranges, undrained
1 lg. or 2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. buttermilk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. Fudge Stripe cookies, broken in sm. pieces

Combine first 3 ingredients and mix together well. Mixture will thicken. Add Cool Whip. Chill. Add cookie pieces just before serving.

Can also be used as a dessert.
