LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflowerettes
1 1/2 lbs. bacon, crumbled
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 head cabbage
1 bag frozen English peas
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. purple onion

Layer all but cheese and bacon above and put in refrigerator overnight. Mix the ingredients right before serving and top with cheeses and bacon. You can make it much lower in calories and fat by using LIGHT or LOW FAT items and Bacos for bacon.
