SWEET AND SOUR BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. stew beef
1 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 lg. onion, cut up
1 tsp. salt
3 to 4 carrots, cut up
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown meat and combine with remaining ingredients in a casserole dish with cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
