FRESH APPLE PIE 
1 1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. cold coffee
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cloves (sm.)
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
2 c. chopped apples

Cream sugar and butter, add beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with coffee. Add fruit. Bake 350 for 45 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan.

1 (6 ounce) package of butterscotch chips sprinkled over the cake before baking is good for a change.
