STUFFED PORKCHOPS 
4 pork chops
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown pork chops until fairly crisp. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towel. Empty 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup into a casserole dish. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Place about 3 inches deep of stuffing mix on top of soup in casserole. Place pork chops on top of stuffing. Pour rest of soup on top of pork chops, spreading soup around. Cook for 1/2 hour or until chops are tender.
