PORK CHOPS WITH HERB DUMPLINGS 
6 pork chops (or) cutlets
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, undrained
3/4 c. water
3/4 tsp. sage

HERB DUMPLINGS:

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Brown pork. Put in casserole dish. Add soup, mushrooms, water and sage to drips. Simmer. Pour over pork. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Make dumplings. Drop by spoonfuls on top of gravy. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes until dumplings are brown.
