BREAD (REFRIGERATE) 
5 c. hot water
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
5 lb. flour
4 pkg. yeast

Mix water, oil, sugar and salt. Stir until lukewarm. Add yeast and stir in flour. Knead and divide into 4 parts. Put in large plastic bags. Squeeze out air. Put twist at top of bag. Leaving room for dough to expand. Put in refrigerator. Make rolls, loaf bread, cinnamon rolls, etc. Just make out rolls and let rise until double bulk and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
