FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
I can tell you that other fruits (strawberries, raspberries or peaches) are also delicious made into this pie.

1 qt. fresh blueberries
Baked pie shell
Whipped cream

Heat 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water until the sugar is dissolved. Add 1 cup crushed blueberries. Add 2 tablespoons water mixed with 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Boil slowly and covered for 10 minutes (no need to stir). Cool sauce and fold in remaining blueberries. Pour into baked pie shell and chill for at least 3 hours. Serve with whipped cream. Enjoy forever!
