1 pkg. chorizo (I use H & H brand)
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Fry all the chorizo and drain off the grease. Put it in a shallow, oven proof dish and top with plenty of grated cheese. Bake in 325 degree oven until hot and melted. Top with salsa and serve with corn chips for scooping.
